Refund Policy on Merchandise
We will accept returns on all merchandise with a receipt and if within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Policy on Tubing
Refunds will NOT be issued on daily ticket purchases as we do not have control of the weather. Periodically, the weather may shift and cause the lanes to slow down. If that does occur we can issue a "come back pass for 1 hour" depending on how much time you have already used on your purchased ticket.
Deposit required on all group events booked and is non-refundable; but, may be applied to rescheduled booking. Deposit amount is event specific.
Refunds will NOT be issued on advanced ticket purchases for any pre-booked special event.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and are NOT redeemable for cash. Glacier Ridge Snow Tubing is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards.
